CDG provides comprehensive master planning services to guide healthcare facilities as they envision and plan for future growth, ensuring that every square foot serves its intended purpose efficiently and effectively. Our master plan process begins with understanding the strategic plan — the facility master plan provides a road map to accomplish it. This may include additions to increase square footage, significant renovations to update old spaces or add new program elements, or even construction of new facilities such as new hospitals, outpatient centers, or clinics. While our master plans are visionary, they are also living, working documents — adopted, used, and reworked over time, not coffee table books.
